Love the concept, we get the burgers but substitute with a turkey patty. My favorite is the overeasy cheeseburger meal with fresh cut fries and boylyns black cherry from the fountain. The wife gets the same burger but has a gluten free bun. The staff is super friendly and the location is in the heart of McCandless Crossing. Great spot for salads also where they custom make them like a Subway or Chipotle. Convenient, tasty, big variety and overall a great place to try if you want a change from the usual fast food.

I generally only get salads to go, but I've never had a bad experience. The salads are a nice size, and there's plenty of topping variety. Prices might be a bit more than I'd like for protein additions and sides, but not enough to keep me away when I'm in the area.

This place is fun. The food is wonderful. My friend had a salad with so much stuff in it, I don't know how she finished. I got the turkey burger with cheese, avocado, grilled mushrooms and ranch dressing with no bread,(I love this choice, since I'm not a big fan of bread) and it was delicious. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and it was busy, which means others know the fun and good food at the Bistro. I recommend giving it a try. Have some fun!

Hi! Today around 6:00 I went to get my usual salad. The young woman who made it was so wonderful. I truly don’t believe I have ever had such a kinder young woman help me. She was so incredible and polite. I don’t see her too often maybe she was new but she is totally amazing! Also the food is always to die for

I just had a wonderful experience at this hello bistro. I had a young girl named Aryonna serving me and she was the best! She made the best salad, was so nice and polite, and made it super efficiently. This girl is truly the definition of a great worker and all of your staff needs to be like her.

I had an amazing experience at Hello Bistro in McCandless Crossing due to two people, I believe their names were Maya and Rae. They were quick, attentive, and incredibly kind. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers never once did I see them just standing around. They were constantly on the move, making sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Thank you!

Wonderful experience here! Special shout out to Andrew, who made my salad. He took great care navigating gluten free items, grabbing fresh ingredients that were more prone to cross contact. He checked the spice mix on the chicken to make sure it was safe for me. I really appreciate his thoroughness. The salad was spectacular. It is mixed in a larger bowl before being squished into a container with so much salad it’s bursting. I highly recommend the build your own, as you get as many side toppings as you want. The fries are delicious and crispy, for only 3, might as well grab an order. I would say they could use a container instead of just the bag, but it works. Thank you Andrew for an amazing experience! We will be back.

Such a great location! Rae and maya took care of me and made sure that they were smiling and making sure everybody was greeted and taken care of! They bring a lot to their team and making it a place to be!
